The following sessions will also be 50 minutes long.

How long you need to go to therapy depends on your unique situation and desired goals. Some individuals may only need a few sessions, while others would benefit from regular check-ins over the course of a year.

Your therapist will be able to advise you better once the assessment and initial goals are established.

At Serebro Health, we take a person-centred approach. This means you can expect us to listen respectfully and offer you empathy. Once we hear your story, we will draw out themes and observations to give you greater awareness.

Acknowledging or seeing where the problems are is the first step. Next, we will work together to build skills to help you cope and even excel in those situations both in present and future.

Once you feel confident with your new skills, you may choose to end your sessions or come back every now and then for an emotional tune-up.
